Zenulta's launch customer was TurkCell, Turkey's first and biggest GSM network provider. TurkCell has 36 million customers, making it one of the largest mobile operators in Europe. Turkcell wanted to put into place a solution to optimise its network service performance. TurkCell's objective was to ensure its network operates consistently at full potential and delivers the best customer experience. The quick and effective monitoring of its voice and data network, and the management of performance data, was considered a vital part of the project.

Working closely with TurkCell, we brought to the partnership specialist knowledge in telecoms network and service management along with the system integration expertise required for event correlation solutions for telecommunications providers. Aware of TurkCell's challenge and recognising the gap in the market filled by Zen™ technology, Systems Mechanics proposed the Enterprise Event Correlation solution to TurkCell and set about integrating the solution into Turkcell's existing Network Management environment using its CrossTalk OSS/J Foundation product. Systems Mechanics spent well over two years looking for a product to fill this gap, eventually discovered the Zen™ event correlation technology which is now part of the accepted solution within Systems Mechanics' product portfolio.
