During the final quarter of 2009 a number of very successful Zen™ pilots and trials have been conducted. The pilots addressed cross-domain correlation and service impact requirements based on Use Cases provided by both fixed and mobile service providers.

In addition to these pilots, a trial was conducted with a leading Network Equipment Provider (NEP) to seamlessly integrate their Sub-Network Management (SNM) system to Zen™ for root cause, problem analysis, of failures associated with radio links. The results of these trials far exceeded the success criteria set.

As a consequence, these recent activities further prove that Proximity Correlation is fast becoming the market leading technology for correlation in the Telecommunications sector.
